Five Questions for New Year’s Reflection
31 Dec
Okay – there are more than five. These are great journalling questions if you journal (or want to start). Or, create a new New Year’s Day ritual and explore them in conversation with a trusted friend.
- Looking back at 2009, when were you at your best? What enabled you to be at your best?
- What changed within you in 2009? What was the impact of these changes?
- As you end this year, what’s weighing you down? How can you let go of it? Or, how can you shift your experience/perception of it?
- Imagine that it is December 31, 2010, and you’ve had a successful and fulfilling year. What does that look like? (Describe it.) What did you do to facilitate this result?
- In 2010, what the are the critical areas for your attention, learning and growth?
Wishing you peace and joy in 2010!
