Hi, I’m Sarah From.  My blog Student of Change offers strategies for becoming more productive and effective at work and in life.  The ideas I’m particularly interested in include leadership, mindfulness, neuroscience, attention & time management, workflow, unplugging, organizing and living from a purposeful place.

Sarah From is a New York City-based consultant and coach committed to developing powerful and effective leaders and organizations.  Trained in executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational change, Sarah helps people become more effective at work and in life.

Sarah’s writing on productivity, creativity, and organization has been featured on LifehackerGTDTimes (the official blog of David Allen’s Getting Things Done), Unclutterer and her own site, Student of Change.

Sarah is a former nonprofit executive with over a decade of experience in the social change sector. She currently pursuing her master’s degree in Organizational Change Management at The New School.  In 2008 Sarah was awarded Jewish Funds for Justice’s Cornerstone Award, and became a member of Selah, a national network of Jewish social justice leaders.

Sarah is a member of the Organization Development Network of New York, the American Society for Training and Development, and the National Association of Professional Organizers.  She is a graduate of Vassar College.
